I forgot to tell you about the solarflower garden we made by the clubhouse. Kirby’s dad and my dad helped build these big flowers made from recycled metal that make electricity from the sun. We use the electricity from the flowers for heating the barn in the winter, growing our plants, and lighting the colorful LED lights at night. And the solar flowers follow the sun just like real flowers do. The word we scientists used to describe flowers tilting in the direction of the sun is HELIOTROPISM.
